What counts as a website?: Each domain you create in the dashboard. Every website gets its own widget settings, embed code and conversations.
Is there a limit on chats or agents?: Agents are unlimited on every plan. The Free plan allows 25 new chats per calendar month and keeps chat history for 7 days; when the limit is reached the widget shows your offline message until the 1st of the next month. Pro and Business have unlimited chats and keep history for as long as you like.
How does billing work?: Pay by card or PayPal for a monthly subscription that renews automatically, or pay in pesos with GCash, Maya, bank transfer or card for 30 days at a time with no automatic renewal. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who issues the invoice.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from this page. Subscriptions are prorated; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Analytics history is kept; only the look-back window changes.
