Wix lets you add a script to every page from the dashboard. Paste the Mewdesk snippet there once and the chat bubble appears on your whole site.

Where it goes
The snippet is the same on every platform: one script tag just before the closing body tag. These steps show where that is on Wix.
Add your website under Websites, using the domain you are installing on, and copy the snippet from its Embed code page. It has your site ID filled in; the one shown here uses a placeholder.
In your Wix dashboard go to Settings and open Custom Code, under Development & integrations. Your site must be published with a connected domain, which on Wix means a Premium plan.
Click + Add Custom Code, paste the snippet and give it a name such as Mewdesk. Under Add Code to Pages choose All pages, and under Place Code in choose Body - end. Click Apply.
The change is live without republishing from the editor. Open your site in a normal tab to see the chat bubble.

Yes. Settings › Custom Code adds any script to your pages. The site must be published with a connected domain, so it needs a Premium plan. Wix's frontend security rules don't get in the way: the chat runs in a cross-origin iframe, which Wix doesn't sandbox.
No. The snippet goes in Custom code from the dashboard, with no Velo code and no changes in the editor.
Yes. The same pages serve phones, and the chat opens full-screen on narrow screens, so visitors can read and type comfortably.
